Composition: Each film coated tablet contains  10mg and Levocetrizine HCL 5mg.

Description: Glatriz-M Tablet containing Montelukast Sodium 10 mg and Levocetirizine Hydrochloride 5 mg is commonly used for the treatment and management of allergic conditions, especially: 
Allergic rhinitis (seasonal or perennial) 
Chronic urticaria (hives) 
Asthma (as an adjunct therapy) 
Nasal congestion, sneezing, and itchy eyes 
It has two active ingredients: 
 
1. Montelukast Sodium (10 mg). It is a Leukotriene receptor antagonist (LTRA) Mechanism that Blocks leukotrienes—chemicals in the body that cause allergy symptoms like inflammation, mucus production, and bronchoconstriction. It prevents wheezing, breathing difficulties, chest tightness, and symptoms of allergic rhinitis. 
 
2. Levocetirizine Hydrochloride (5 mg): It is a second-generation antihistamine Mechanism which blocks histamine H1 receptors, reducing allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itching.
 
Dosage/directions for use: As prescribed by physician.
 
Side Effects: Headache, abdominal pain, cough or flu-like symptoms, fatigue, mood changes (rare but notable, especially in children), drowsiness or fatigue, dry mouth, headache, nasal congestion (paradoxically), dizziness
