Description: Glatriz-M Suspension (30ml) is a oral suspension is commonly prescribed for children to manage respiratory and allergic conditions. It combines two medications:
 
1. Levocetirizine Hydrochloride (2.5 mg), a second-generation antihistamine that relieves symptoms of allergic rhinitis (sneezing, runny nose, itching, watery eyes) and chronic urticaria (hives). It works by blocking histamine (H1) receptors.
2. Montelukast Sodium (4 mg), a leukotriene receptor antagonist, used for asthma maintenance and allergic rhinitis. It prevents the action of leukotrienes, chemicals responsible for inflammation, mucus production, and airway narrowing.
This suspension is used to treat Allergic rhinitis (seasonal or perennial), Asthma (as a daily maintenance treatment), Chronic urticaria, cough, nasal congestion, and breathing difficulty due to allergies.
 
Dosage/directions for use: As prescribed by physician.
 
Side Effects: Drowsiness or sleepiness (usually mild), headache, abdominal pain or discomfort, dry mouth, fatigue or tiredness, and diarrhea or constipation.
