Description: Glamiskof Cough Syrup is a combination cough syrup is typically used to relieve symptoms of productive cough (wet cough) associated with conditions like bronchitis, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other respiratory tract infections.
How Each Ingredient Works:
Bromhexine Hydrochloride (2 mg):
A mucolytic agent that helps break down and thin mucus, making it easier to cough out.
Terbutaline Sulphate (1.25 mg):
A bronchodilator (beta-2 agonist) that relaxes airway muscles, helping to relieve bronchospasm and ease breathing.
Guaiphenesin (50 mg):
An expectorant that increases the volume and reduces the viscosity of secretions, helping to clear mucus from the airways.
Menthol (0.5 mg):
A cooling agent that soothes the throat and helps reduce irritation.
