Description: Glamirexx-Dx Syrup is a composition of Dextromethorphan HBR, a cough suppressant (antitussive), works on the brain’s cough center to reduce the urge to cough and Chlorpheniramine Maleate – a first-generation antihistamine that blocks histamine to relieve symptoms like runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and itching. It is used to relieve symptoms of dry cough (non-productive), allergic rhinitis, common cold, sinusitis, upper respiratory tract infections (symptomatic relief).
Dosage/directions for use: As prescribed by physician.
Side Effects: Drowsiness or dizziness, nausea, upset stomach, mild confusion (in high doses), drowsiness or sedation, dry mouth, constipation, difficulty urinating (in rare cases).
