Glamipan-DSR Tablet

Composition: Each hard gelatin capsule contains Pentaprazole Sodium 40mg and Domperidone (SR) 30mg.

Description: Glamipan-DSR Tablet ia a combination of Pantoprazole Sodium (40 mg),  a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces stomach acid production by blocking the proton pumps in stomach lining cells, and Domperidone (30 mg, SR – Sustained Release), a prokinetic and antiemetic agent that enhances gastric motility and helps move food through the stomach and blocks dopamine receptors in the gut and brain to reduce nausea, vomiting, bloating, and fullness. This combination is commonly used to treat acid-related gastrointestinal disorders, especially where symptoms include both acid reflux and delayed gastric emptying (like bloating or nausea).

Side Effects: Headache, diarrhea or constipation, abdominal pain, flatulence, dry mouth, headache, abdominal cramps and drowsiness.
