Description: Glamigesic- DR Tablet is a composition of Drotaverine Hydrochloride, a smooth muscle relaxant with antispasmodic properties and Mefenamic Acid, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug – NSAID – used for pain and inflammation, commonly prescribed for menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea), abdominal pain or colic (such as in IBS or gallbladder conditions), muscle spasms associated with pain and postoperative pain or spasm-related pain conditions.
Dosage/directions for use: As prescribed by physician.
Side Effects: Nausea or vomiting, stomach pain or heartburn, diarrhea or constipation Dizziness or drowsiness, indigestion (dyspepsia), increased liver enzymes (may indicate liver stress, especially with prolonged use), skin rashes or itching (allergic reaction) Heartburn or gastric irritation.
